Goals

You know when you are hitting your targets if your targets are clear to you.
What targets or success goals do you have today at work? Isulat mo nga ang mga ito.
How do you plan to hit and accomplish them?

Character is your vehicle to true success.
Ano ba yung mga character adjustments that you need to personally make to get to your goals better?
Will hard work, punctuality, taking responsibility, discipline, attention to details, honesty,
cooperation, kindness, courage, and joy help you get closer into hitting your targets better?
Think about it. Lesser stress pa ito.

Take punctuality for example. I know for a fact that unless I intentionally get ready and travel
at least one hour before an appointment within the city, I may not get there in time.

I remember, there was one project I was able to complete a day earlier than the deadline because
I got to work on it 1-2 hours for 3 consecutive days! That success was made possible
with diligence and discipline as my vehicle.

Get those crucial character traits into your habit. Get them into your system as you work.
Get to do that for the next 21 days and you’ll be surprise it becomes automatically your habit.

Simulan mo ngayon. Makikita mo ang napakagandang resulta nito.

Success cannot be that elusive if you list your goals and start to work on them,
allowing character as your vehicle to bring you there.
