Alam mo ba na may mga lebel ang pagbabago?

*Lead Like Jesus authors Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges specified the levels of change as
follows:

Knowledge -> Attitude -> Behavior

Level 1: KNOWLEDGE

Ito ang pinakamadaling mabago – ang kaalaman.
Halimbawa na lamang itong koneksiyon ng pag-awit at pagsugpo ng stress:

Do you know that singing (or crooning a tune) is a good stress-buster?
It was found in a WebMD survey that singing puts choral members in a better mood
and are less stressed when they sing. Singing can also improve posture, breathing,
heart and immune system.

Once you get this information, you’ll likely change your mind and may consider
singing a tune when you are stressed. But change of knowledge, however easy,
is only part and parcel of real change.

Level 2: ATTITUDE

Ngayong alam na natin ang koneksiyon ng pag-awit at stress, mababago na rin ang ating
saloobin patungkol dito. Kahit wala sa tono, marahil mahihiligan mo na rin ang pagkanta
sa tuwing ikaw ay stress.

Attitude (saloobin) is defined as the complex state involving beliefs and feelings
about something; it also involves values and disposition to act in a certain way.

Once knowledge and attitude about something is changed, we are more ready
to act on that change.

Level 3: BEHAVIOR

When you get stressed, will you sing to relieve your stress? Will you do it?
The only time that our stress can be minimized through singing is when we actually sing!
Hanggang hindi ka umaawit, hindi mo mararanasan ang epekto nito sa pagtanggal ng stress.
