We normally react based on what we believe. Kaya nga, ingat dapat tayo sa mga naiisip natin
concerning others, our situation and about yourself. Bago pa humantong sa pagkasira ng ating
kalooban at relasyon, itikom muna ang bibig at bigyang pansin ang mga sumusunod:

First, give people the benefit of the doubt. Madalas, it’s not about you. It may just be about
something they have been struggling with or just probably be thinking deep.

Second, consider Jesus. Respond considering what God will say if you do what you decide to do.
Huwag kang gagawa ng mga bagay na maglalayo sa iyo sa Dios. Kung hindi mabuti, huwag na lang.
The least you can do is to keep quiet and not react.

Third, P.U.S.H.! Pray Until Something Happens. This is the way to go. If we care for others
and ourselves to get better, we must pray until something happens. Don’t stop praying until you
see a positive change happens.

Kaya mo ba ang mga ganitong bagay? Kay Jesus, kayang kaya! Continue caring!
